Location and Facilities Charlton is situated on 160 acres of rich limestone soil in Cochranville, Chester County, Pennsylvania. We are located in the heart of the Midlantic's largest concentration of Thoroughbred farms and are within a few miles of the world-renowned New Bolton Center of the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine.

The farm offers several large pastures where mares and foals spend much of their time. Weanlings and yearlings are raised in large pastures in same-sex groups of similar age spend an average of 20 hours a day outside.
